Good free breakfast, Hot tub was fabulous and staff was very friendly.

Beds were too hard.

It's nice to have a hotel located in Kenai with a pool in it. Pools are always a bonus for families. I am also impressed with their breakfast. Having a refrigerator and microwave is definitely a plus as well. ...read more

I liked the price and the service.

Priceline said it had a pool, but when we got there, the pool wasn't open yet still under construction.

I was satisfied with the hotel, but only booked this hotel because of the pool, and when we got there, it wasn't open yet because no one knew how to put chlorine in the pool or know how to clean it. Was kind of a bummer to not be able to swim or use the hot tub. ...read more

No workout room.

Room was clean, staff was very nice. Could use a workout room and/or a pool. Room was small and lighting was not suitable for reading unless you were in bed.

The rooms had new furniture and a large plasma TV.

The exterior was still being remodeled.

The rooms were nice with new maple furniture and a large plasma screen TV. The staff was very friendly. The outside, the restaurant, the pool/spa room and the workout facility were all being remodeled. Once finished however they will definitely be a positive addition to this hotel.

There was a display board showing newly remodeled rooms, but the room
I stayed in was old and still needed remodeling.

All four staff members that I had interaction with were very friendly. The room was mostly clean, the shower needed extra attention. The doors to the rooms had hand written room numbers on pieces of paper taped over the old numbers. ...read more
